- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 package (16 ounces) graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add in the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Stir in the drained crushed pineapple.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until crumbly.
- In serving glasses, layer the graham cracker mixture, cheesecake filling, and additional pineapple.
- Repeat the layers until glasses are filled, finishing with a layer of whipped cheesecake.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a tropical twist, add toasted coconut on top.
- These trifles are best enjoyed chilled.
