- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder until well combined.
- Add in mini chocolate chips and peppermint extract, mixing until evenly distributed.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the protein balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
- Feel free to modify the sweetness by adjusting the amount of honey.
- Can substitute almond butter for peanut butter if desired.
