Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats, peanut butter, honey, and protein powder until well combined.
  2. Add in mini chocolate chips and peppermint extract, mixing until evenly distributed.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  4. Place the protein balls on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
