- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon espresso powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix together cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter.
- Add the vanilla extract and eggs, whisking until smooth.
- Stir in the espresso powder, flour, and salt until just combined.
- Fill each muffin cup 2/3 full with batter.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
- For a stronger coffee flavor, increase the espresso powder.
- These brownie bites can be dusted with powdered sugar for decoration.
