Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy cornbread mix, egg, and milk. Mix until just combined.
- If using, fold in the corn kernels and sugar.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra moistness, add a tablespoon of melted butter to the batter.
- Serve warm with butter or honey.
