Ingredients

  • 12 oz dried spaghetti
  • 4 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 2 cans (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 6 oz French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook spaghetti until al dente, then drain.
  3. In a large bowl, mix chicken, sour cream, soups, spinach, 1 cup cheese, garlic, and half the onions.
  4. Combine with cooked spaghetti and spread in baking dish.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and onions.
  6. Bake uncovered for 40–50 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  7. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
  • Drain spinach thoroughly to prevent excess moisture.
