- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and create a well in the center.
- Fill the well with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Wrap the turkey bacon around the meatloaf, securing it with toothpicks if necessary.
- Place the meatloaf in a baking dish and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
