Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form the meat mixture into a loaf shape and create a well in the center.
  4. Fill the well with shredded mozzarella cheese.
