Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed chocolate cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a cake pan.
  3. In a saucepan, heat heavy cream and sugar over medium heat until it begins to simmer.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cookie crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Once set, garnish with chocolate shavings before serving.
