Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, chopped mushrooms, Swiss cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined and shape into a loaf.
- Place in a greased baking pan and bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
