Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked fish, flaked
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the butter and mix until the mixture resembles crumbs.
  3. Gradually add water, kneading until you form a dough.
  4. Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
  5. In a pan, sauté the onion and bell pepper until soft.
  6. Add the flaked fish, paprika, and pepper; mix well and remove from heat.
  7. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  8. Roll out the dough and cut into squares.
  9. Place a spoonful of the fish mixture in the center of each square.
  10. Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
  11. Brush with beaten egg and place on a baking sheet.
