- 2 ripe bananas sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 package vanilla wafers, crushed
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add the sour cream and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Layer half of the sliced bananas at the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the bananas.
- Sprinkle half of the crushed vanilla wafers on top.
- Repeat the layering with the remaining bananas, cream cheese mixture, and crushed wafers.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top before serving.
- This dip pairs well with additional vanilla wafers or graham crackers for dipping.
