- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained

- 1 carton (8 oz) heavy whipping cream

- 1 package (9 oz) graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture gently.
- Stir in the crushed pineapple.
- Layer the mixture with graham cracker crumbs in a serving dish.
- Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a stronger pineapple flavor, reserve some crushed pineapple to garnish on top before serving.
- This dessert can be made a day ahead of time for convenience.
