- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions
- Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; mix well.
- Press mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake cups.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks; fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Before serving, drizzle with caramel sauce, sprinkle with pecans, and top with chocolate chips.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, add a tablespoon of cocoa powder to the cream cheese mixture.
- Make sure to let the cheesecakes chill fully for the best texture.
