- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press mixture into the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1/2 cup of whipped cream until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Layer sliced bananas over the cream cheese mixture.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over bananas.
- Spread remaining whipped cream on top and garnish with chopped nuts if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using ripe bananas.
- This cake is best served cold and can be made a day ahead.
