- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of mini pie tins.
- In another bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thickened.
- Fold in whipped cream and layer over the crust.
- Add sliced bananas on top and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a layer of chocolate pudding.
- Use fresh bananas for the best taste.
