Ingredients

- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar and milk over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Boil for 2-3 minutes without stirring.
- Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8-inch square pan and let it cool to room temperature.
- Once cooled, cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- For a twist, add chopped nuts or chocolate chips to the fudge mixture before pouring it into the pan.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
