Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine orange juice and gelatin. Stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add sugar and vanilla extract to the whipped cream and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the orange gelatin mixture into the whipped cream.
- Fold in the whipped topping until combined.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
