- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 cups cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat and drain any excess fat.
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked beef, cream of mushroom soup, cooked rice, and half of the shredded cheese until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
