- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Place the beef roast in a roasting pan.
- In a bowl, mix the au jus gravy mix with water, then pour it over the roast.
- Cover the pan with aluminum foil and bake for 3 hours.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
- Let the roast rest before slicing and serving.
