- 2 racks pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane and patting them dry.
- Mix the dry spices with brown sugar and rub it on both sides of the ribs.
- Place ribs on a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Brush BBQ sauce on the ribs and broil for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
- Using a meat thermometer ensures perfectly cooked ribs.
