- 1 head green cabbage
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut it into halves.
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then chop finely.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until soft.
- In a bowl, mix ground turkey, chopped bacon, sautéed onions, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Take cabbage leaves and fill them with the turkey mixture, folding like a wrap.
- Place the cabbage burgers in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Serve hot.
