  • 1 head green cabbage
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and cut it into halves.
  3. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then chop finely.
  4. In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until soft.
  5. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, chopped bacon, sautéed onions, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Take cabbage leaves and fill them with the turkey mixture, folding like a wrap.
  7. Place the cabbage burgers in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
  9. Serve hot.
