- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 2 cups pancake mix
- 1 ½ cups milk

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
- In a large bowl, mix together the pancake mix, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Fold in the cooked sausage and chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding blueberries or sliced bananas to the batter.
- Serve with additional maple syrup on the side.
