- 4 beef chops
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the beef chops with olive oil and then press them into the cheese mixture to coat.
- Place the chops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- For an extra crunch, broil for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
- Let the beef chops rest for a few minutes before slicing.
