- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup peach butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter and milk.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into a greased baking dish.
- Spoon peach butter over the top of the batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of cinnamon to the batter.
- These biscuits are best served fresh from the oven.
