Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- In each ice cream cone, add a layer of peach filling.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture into the cones on top of the peach filling.
- Sprinkle cinnamon on top and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, consider using fresh peaches instead of canned.
