- 2 cups peaches, diced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 package cream cheese (8 ounces)
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 10 ice cream cones
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine peaches, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
- Stir in butter and let cool.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped cream.
- Fill each ice cream cone with the cheesecake mixture, then top with the peach mixture.
- Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

- For added flavor, consider adding a splash of vanilla extract to the cheesecake mixture.
