Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the chopped peaches and lemon juice.

- Stir in the granulated sugar all at once, stirring constantly until dissolved.
- Return to a rolling boil and boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and ladle into sterilized jars.
- Seal and process in a boiling water bath for 10 minutes.
