  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Add the melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and yeast mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  5. Let the dough rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut it into circles.
  7. Place a spoonful of diced peaches in the center of each circle and fold the edges over to form a cruffin.
  8. Place the cruffins in a greased muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let them cool before serving.
