- 1 cup peach preserves

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped peaches gently.
- Fill each muffin cup with the batter and add a dollop of peach preserves on top.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before removing from the pan and dust with powdered sugar.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of nutmeg.
