Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix peanut butter, cream cheese, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture, then stir in milk until smooth.
- Pour batter into the donut pan and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let cool, then glaze with a mixture of powdered sugar and a little milk.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add chocolate chips to the batter.
- These donuts are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored for a few days.
