- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, granulated sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and melted butter until well blended.
- Spread the mixture evenly in a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth, then spread over the peanut butter layer.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and gently press down.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For an extra indulgence, swirl some melted chocolate on top before cooling.
- These bars are best served chilled.
