- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and marshmallow fluff until smooth.
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Pour a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner, followed by a spoonful of the peanut butter mixture, then top with more chocolate.
- Sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top and refrigerate until set.
Notes
- For a crunchier texture, add chopped nuts to the filling.
- These can be stored in the fridge for up to a week.
