Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, combine peanut butter, sugar, cocoa powder, and milk over medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth and starts to boil.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and rolled oats until well combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto wax paper and let cool until set.
Notes
- For a nut-free version, substitute peanut butter with sunflower seed butter.
- These cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week.
