Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor.
  2. Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a pie pan.
  3. In a bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and add vanilla extract.
  5. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until combined.
  6. Spread the filling over the Oreo crust.
  7. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
