- 24 Oreo cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate syrup
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor.
- Mix the crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a pie pan.
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter and powdered sugar and mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and add vanilla extract.
- Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until combined.
- Spread the filling over the Oreo crust.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate syrup.
- Make sure the pie is thoroughly chilled before slicing.
