- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Evenly distribute the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can use toasted pecans.
- These muffins are best served fresh but can be stored for a few days.
