Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped pecans, brown sugar, flour, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Evenly distribute the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
