- 1 pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 2 large hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened.
- Push the veggies to the side and add the ribeye; cook until browned.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the mixture and combine.
- Cut the hoagie rolls in half and spread garlic butter on each side.
- Stuff the rolls with the meat and veggie mixture, then top with provolone cheese.
- Place under the broiler until the cheese is bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, add mushrooms or jalapeños.
- Serve with a side of fries for a complete meal.
