- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- Add onions and bell peppers to the pot and sauté until soft.
- Stir in the beef broth and diced potatoes. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Mix in Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in heavy cream and cheese until melted and combined.
- Top with crumbled turkey bacon before serving.

- This soup can be customized with additional veggies or different types of cheese.
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
