- 2 medium potatoes
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
- Grate the potatoes and zucchini using a grater, and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil, flattening them slightly.
- Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include garlic powder or cheese in the mixture.
- Serve with sour cream or yogurt for dipping.
