- 2 pounds chicken breasts
- 1 cup crushed pretzels
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the crushed pretzels, garlic powder, and paprika.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
- Dredge the chicken in flour, dip in the eggs, and coat with the pretzel mixture.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- In a saucepan, combine cheddar cheese, Dijon mustard, and heavy cream over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Serve the chicken with the mustard-cheddar sauce drizzled on top.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double-coat the chicken in the pretzel mixture.
