Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the diced potatoes and cook until crispy, about 15 minutes.
- While the potatoes are cooking, season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- Pushing the potatoes to one side, add the steaks to the skillet.
- Cook the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side, depending on your preferred doneness.
- Add garlic butter to the skillet in the last minute of cooking, basting the steaks with melted butter.
- Remove steaks and potatoes from the skillet, sprinkle parsley on top, and serve warm.
Notes
- Let the steaks rest for a few minutes before cutting into them for maximum juiciness.
- Feel free to add more garlic butter for extra flavor.
