- 1/4 cup rolled oats

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, honey, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Add raspberries and chopped pistachios, gently folding them into the mixture.
- In a separate bowl, mix rolled oats with a little honey and spread in a baking dish as a base.
- Pour the cottage cheese mixture over the oats and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- For a sweeter treat, adjust the honey to your liking.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
