Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a pie pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the lemon mixture gently until fully combined.
- Pour the lemon filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Slice and serve chilled, garnishing with additional lemon zest if desired.
