Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, salad greens, cherry tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and cilantro.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately, or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving for a more refreshing taste.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add jalapeño slices for some heat.
