- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 24 Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place half of the Ritz crackers on the baking sheet.
- Top each cracker with a few chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Add another Ritz cracker on top to create a sandwich.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs on top of the sandwiches.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the marshmallows are puffed and the chocolate is melted.
- Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, drizzle melted chocolate over the top after baking.
- Experiment with different types of chocolate for a unique twist!
