Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the top off the bulb of garlic to expose the cloves.
- Drizzle with a little olive oil and wrap in aluminum foil.
- Roast in the oven for about 30-35 minutes until the cloves are soft.
- Once cooled, squeeze the roasted garlic into a bowl.
- Add the softened butter, salt, pepper, and herbs, and mix thoroughly.
- Transfer the mixture to a small dish or roll in parchment paper and refrigerate until firm.
