Deliciously easy rolled s'mores rice krispie treats that combine the classic flavors of s'mores in a fun and portable form.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Krispies
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Add the Rice Krispies and graham cracker crumbs to the melted mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Press the mixture into a greased baking dish and allow to cool.
  6. Once cool, spread chocolate chips over the top and roll tightly.
  7. Cut into slices and serve.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of sea salt on top.
