- 4 cups Rice Krispies
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 package (10 oz) mini marshmallows
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
- Add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Add the Rice Krispies and graham cracker crumbs to the melted mixture and stir until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a greased baking dish and allow to cool.
- Once cool, spread chocolate chips over the top and roll tightly.
- Cut into slices and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of sea salt on top.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container to keep them fresh.
