- 1 pound breakfast sausage
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups shredded hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the breakfast sausage over medium heat until browned.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked sausage with cream cheese until well combined.
- Add the hash browns and cheddar cheese to the mixture.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together.
- Combine the egg mixture with the sausage and hash brown mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is fully set and golden on top.
