Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and pour a small amount of batter for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, cook the sausage according to package instructions.
- Once pancakes are ready, dip each sausage into the batter and return to the skillet for a quick fry.
- Serve warm with maple syrup.
