- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup ketchup
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, crumbled turkey bacon, breadcrumbs, onion, milk, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Smooth the top and spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can include chopped bell peppers or parsley in the mixture.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or a side salad for a complete meal.
