- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread tortilla chips on a large baking sheet.
- In a skillet, cook the shrimp until pink, then add crab meat and heat through.
- Layer the shrimp and crab mixture over the chips.
- Sprinkle cheese generously on top and add jalapeños.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with pico de gallo and cilantro.
- Serve with sour cream and lime wedges.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of taco seasoning to the shrimp while cooking.
- Use a mix of cheeses for a more complex taste.
