- 8 ounces noodles
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the soy sauce and noodles, making sure everything is well mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.

- If you like it spicy, add red pepper flakes.
